We have found out that Grandma Kay will not be coming home. She is going to live in Orem at an assisted living center. We will miss her being in Monticello, although it is better for her to have people who can help her with daily living. She is still in the rehabilitation center in Orem but recently fell again and isn't going to be able to take care of herself anymore. She worked hard for the first week but then the physical therapy part of her rehabilitation just got the best of her and she gave up. It will take some time for her to get accustomed to her new life but she will have a lot of visitors and family coming to see her. We hope to go to see her in December when she is in her new place. One thing for sure is that life is always changing.
