We say to Ben, "Don't let the bed bugs bite" every night as we are getting ready to go to bed. I surely hope there aren't any bed bugs in the bed to bite anyone. I haven't seen any signs of them. Ben usually gets a story book, of his choosing, read to him in "momma bed" as he calls my bed. Notice in the picture Ben is trying to look like Cubby's brother in the story "Cubby's gum". Ben read the word "POP" tonight. He could sound it out and I was amazed that he could actually start to read. He was so proud of himself too. I hope this will be the beginning of a successful journey to learn to read, I can't wait until he can read me the story!
